The team also interacted with researchers and professionals from the major players in the industry, and received great feedback about the technology and possible applications. “All the interactions were extremely positive. The event gave us important insights in terms of product evolution and, of course, commercial collaboration” said Messias Soares, VP of Product Marketing at CBio.

The event took place February 2-6 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. The Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (SLAS) is a global organization that provides forums for education and information exchange to encourage study and professional collaboration aimed at advancing life sciences research and development using technology for the drug discovery, biotechnology, chemical, data informatics, clinical diagnostic, consumer product, pharmaceutical, and other industries.
